Had a broken window on our house that needed replacement ASAP. Window was a custom size so had to be fabricated. Tech from FDC was there to measure it on Tuesday, and the window was fixed and installed 4 days later, good as new. Good stuff!

Viorel did a great job, quickly to replace a double paned window that failed. We had 3 bids- he used the same glass with the same warranty as the others at a better price. He is bonded and insured and made sure the glass was correctly oriented with the UV coating on the outside. Since it was a small job, he required payment up front. I had a great experience with FDC Glass. I had two double pane windows replaced with high quality European windows and also had a handful of leaky double window panes replaced. I also had a situation where one of the windows was still leaking after the pane replacement and I asked them to come back. FDC stood behind their work and diagnosed and fixed the problem which turned out to be faulty installation/construction around my window. It took some sleuthing but they did not stop until my problem was solved. A lesser contractor might have walked away, but they stuck with it until everything was good.I was a little hesitant to spend the extra money to get the two new windows shipped from Germany and installed. It did take extra time, but I am so glad I did! The replacement windows are for one of the rooms that I spend the most time in and the three modes of opening the windows have made it very much easier to keep the room cool and comfortable in all weather. I use all three adjustments most days, every week and the windows have genuinely made my life better. Plus the new inside opening windows are on a high floor and are now much easier to clean! (Do keep in mind that the inside-opening windows may cause you to have to replace your blinds.) FDC also went above and beyond as after the work was done as they provided me with photos and a detailed report about the construction defects they found to help me plan and communicate with others in the future about repairs and maintenance. Great guys to work with and they were quite friendly especially after we got to know each other. And, no, I am not getting anything at all for writing this and I don't know them at all other than having hired them for these jobs.
