Cookie Policy

Updated Sept. 10th, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how FDC Glass Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on fdcglassgroup.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and deliver relevant advertising. We also use related technologies such as pixels, tags, and scripts, which work in similar ways. In this policy we refer to all of these as “cookies.”

Cookies can be “first party” (set by our Site) or “third party” (set by other companies whose tools run on our Site). They can be “session” cookies that expire when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies that stay on your device for a set period.

Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the Site to function. They support things like page navigation, form submissions, and security. The Site runs on WordPress, which sets basic cookies needed for the Site to operate. These cookies cannot be switched off through our Site.

Analytics and performance cookies. These help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

  • Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, and how you arrived at the Site.
  • Heatmap and session recording tools help us see how visitors interact with our pages, such as where they click and how far they scroll, so we can improve the experience. These tools do not capture sensitive form entries.

Advertising cookies. These are used to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads on other platforms. They may track that you visited our Site and which pages you viewed.

  • Google Ads measures conversions from our Google advertising and may be used for remarketing.
  • Meta Pixel measures conversions from our Facebook and Instagram advertising and may be used to show you our ads on Meta platforms.
  • TikTok Pixel measures conversions from our TikTok advertising and may be used to show you our ads on TikTok.
  • Microsoft Advertising (Bing) UET tag measures conversions from our Microsoft advertising and may be used for remarketing.

Functional cookies. These support features on the Site.

  • Call tracking may assign a unique phone number to your visit so we can understand which marketing sources generate phone calls.
  • Chat widget cookies allow our website chat feature to work and to remember your conversation as you move between pages.

How to Manage Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third party cookies only, or delete cookies when you close the browser. Instructions are available in the help section of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising directly with the platforms we use:

  • Google: adssettings.google.com or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Ad preferences in your Facebook settings
  • TikTok: Ad settings in your TikTok account
  • Microsoft: account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings
  • Industry tools: The Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org

Opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will stop seeing ads. It means the ads you see will be less tailored to you.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can manage cookies using the methods described above.

Third Party Cookies

The third party tools described in this policy are operated by their respective providers, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft for more information about how they handle data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or remove tools on the Site. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
