Vadim Focsa leads FDC Glass Group as CEO, overseeing operations across residential and commercial projects throughout Washington State.
His involvement spans the full lifecycle of a job. He estimates work, manages projects through to completion, and installs alongside the crew. Working alongside his father Viorel, Vadim has helped grow FDC Glass Group into a company serving homeowners, contractors, architects, and commercial property owners across the region.
Vadim came up inside FDC rather than arriving from somewhere else, learning the trade on active job sites rather than in a classroom. He’s handled window and door installations, shower glass, railings, and custom glazing work directly, which means he’s seen firsthand how different materials behave over time in Pacific Northwest conditions.
